Description des services: Crisis Women and children shelter * accommodates 12 women and children, with 24/7 security, on-site staff, children's playroom, an office, common living areas and on-site laundry, close to general amenities

Services for clients and residents include:

Mental Health - mental health workers assess and provide a number of different therapy programs, either in-person or remotely

Shelter - immediate shelter through transitional shelters and emergency motel/hotel placements. Caseworkers assist with finding long-term sustainable housing
Medical - help to find doctors and help to alleviate the financial pressure of buying medication * Those without health coverage are referred to health clinics

Education - aid provided to obtaining diverse educational experiences, encompassing both in-house programs and traditional avenues. Supports to residents in completion of their education

Safety and Sustainability - have a plan in place before leaving an abusive situation to after moving out from the shelter

Employment - help to secure a sustainable future for self and family through resume building workshops, interview preparation, and help with finding employment

Referrals - caseworkers help our residents and clients apply for government programs and subsidies so that they may have an income until they find work. They also make referrals to external programs from different organization

Financial Assistance - assistance for purchasing belongings that had to be left behind when moving into the shelter

Life Skills - Caseworkers ensure they teach life skills, such as paying a bill, getting and using a cellphone, or going to the supermarket alone so that they are self-sustainable

Reconciliation - service offered through trained professionals, for reconciliation with a spouse, when it is safe to do so

Legal - offer opportunities to speak to lawyers and Legal Aid agencies to understand how to proceed with any legal cases or legal issues being faced

Essentials - essential items, from cleaning supplies, toiletries, diapers and wipes, to school supplies, provided to those living in the shelter as well as from the community

Food - provide nutritious food. The Food Market provides food items to members of the society who need help

Foster Care - a program that help recruit and train Muslim foster families, and then connect Muslim foster children to these families

Anti-Human Trafficking Program - supports survivors of human trafficking, helping them navigate the various barriers to their rehabilitation. Develop safety and sustainability plans tailored to their needs before they transition out of their situations. Raise awareness, prevention, and intervention of human trafficking by offering webinars and in-person seminars for individuals such as parents, youth, as well as professionals who work with survivors
