Personalized mental health support and short-term counselling for newcomer to address their unique challenges with a focus on enhancing well-being, building social connections, and reducing feelings of isolation
Services include:
- individual support and short-term counselling
- workshops and presentations
- in-person and virtual counseling sessions
- help with navigating and accessing other essential services such as housing, employment, and healthcare
- develop action plans to achieve settlement goals
