Resources to help those in need of health and wellness, who are in medical or mental distress
Partnerships with primary care providers, including and WellFort's Homeless Health Team, Bloom Clinic team, and Dieticians from Queen Square Medical provide clients with ongoing medical support. These teams are hosted on a weekly basis during regular hours of operation
