Zumba Gold Group Fitness Drop-In - for active older adults who are looking for a modified Zumba class that recreates the original moves at a lower-intensity, introduces easy-to-follow Zumba choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination. Focuses on all elements of fitness: cardiovascular, muscular conditioning, flexibility and balance - intermediate fitness level

DRUM! Group Fitness Drop-In - A combination of choreographed drumming, cardio movements and resistance training with equipment to maximize the workout. DRUM! Fitness combines the use of drumsticks and hi-lo movements with portions of a full body resistance workout using weights, all to upbeat music with a hard downbeat. Intermediate fitness level

Yoga Gentle Group Fitness Drop-In - An introductory yoga program to improve flexibility and mobility with an emphasis on breathing and body alignment, ideal for beginners, seniors and those with limited mobility, with a focus on gently stretching and toning muscles to improve health and mobility. Hi-Lo Fusion Group Fitness Drop-In - a fusion of both high and low impact movements that focus on cardio and muscular conditioning

Abs, Back and Glutes Group Fitness Drop-In - exercises to challenge the abs, back and glutes using a variety of equipment and exercises

Required Equipment: Clean indoor athletic shoes Programs occurring at Bob Callahan Flower City Senior Centre will require a Flower City Senior Membership in order to register for a spot in drop-ins or registered programs
