Fitness programs to stay active, engaged and supported
- Bone Builder 55+ - low impact fitness class builds bone density using resistance equipment and focuses on improving balance. A perfect program for those new to fitness or individuals at risk of developing bone disease or joint issues. Majority of the class requires standing
- Fit for Life 55+ - low intensity, full body workout that will have a different focus each week. All fitness levels are welcome
- Yoga Fundamentals - class designed to help participants build the foundation to a safe and rewarding yoga practice. Learn proper alignment, improve your flexibility, muscle strength, balance and wellbeing.
