Description des services: An opportunity for older adults to enjoy active living and a healthy lifestyle through many social, educational, and recreational programs and activities

  • Exercises with Clare - gentle strengthening and aerobic exercises geared for seniors. Available in person and on Zoom
  • Beginner Tai Chi - Small group new to Tai Chi to learn the moves
  • Tai Chi - a martial art that involves moving through a series of poses to form a smooth flowing choreography
  • Chair Yoga with Clare - Yoga mat and theraband required
  • High Intensity Exercises with Soraya - a great workout and a lot of fun! High-Intensity Cardio and strength geared for Active Seniors
  • Exercises with Cheryl - exercise classes that work on cardio, strength training, balance and stretching/flexibility
  • Nordic Pole Walking - all equipment is supplied
