Clients and their families, through a guided journey, receive help to recover from substance use behaviors and related concerns. The program:
- supports clients who identify with having a
substance use
problem or addictionreduces hospitalization-visits/admissionsprovides culturally competent psychoeducation to addiction clients and their familieslinks to clinical care and
community resourcescreates care plan to suit each client’s
individual needs and preferencesoffers home visits and group sessions as required

- Sahara Opioid Harm Reduction Program
- Sahara Opioid Addiction Prevention Program
- Long-term Case Management Program
- Sahara Bridging Addiction Counselling Program (BAC)
- Sahara In-Short Term Emergency Diversion
- Community Withdrawal Management
