Staffed with qualified teams of health care professionals, Integrated
Care Clinics provide a variety of specialized nursing services to patients of all ages. Depending upon the specific clinic, these services may include:
- Wound care
- Drain care
- Injections
- Central line maintenance
- Catheter care
- Enterostomal therapy/ostomy care and education (ET nurse available to see patients at the clinic once per week)
- IV therapy and IV access maintenance
- Chemotherapy disconnects
- Lymphedema care
- Diabetes management counselling and education
- Education on self-management including but not limited to diabetes and injection
