Description des services:

A short term rehab program designed to help Seniors recuperating from illnesses, hospitalizations or surgery to regain strength over a period of 2-3 weeks prior to returning home. Must be independent with all transfers (not needing staff assistance)
Program includes:
- private room with ensuite bathroom/phone and cable TV
- 3 meals/daily in the dining room plus snacks
- assistance with morning and evening care
- assistance with bathing once weekly
- mobility assistance to and from dining room for meals
- opportunity to participate in activity programs
- laundry and bed making services
- 24 hour emergency response (HelpCall)
- physiotherapy visits twice weekly
- psw completes daily exercises twice daily as prescribed by physiotherapist
