Description des services: A community response to working with children/youth with complex and chronic needs within the mental health system. The objective of the program is to respond to children’s mental health service system gaps. The service is intensive and long-term

Intensive Resource Coordinators focus heavily on working collaboratively with other agencies and service partners in the local community and provincially. Coordinators look within informal supports and broader aspects of the community to support the individual as well. Interventions are individualized, efficient and flexible based on the complexity of the child/youth and the clinical goals identified by the active clinical team attached
