The program aims to address the issue of homelessness by providing a spectrum of housing options with support services to individuals experiencing mental health and/or substance use challenges.
Housing options:- Shelter (Peel Family Shelter, Edith Mac Men's Shelter, Out of the Cold (Kitchener)
- Short Stay Crisis Support Program
- Transitional Housing
- Supportive Housing
- Affordable Market Rent
