Support group for mothers needing additional support after child birth or adoption * share experiences and learn strategies to help during the challenging time of adjustment
Groups:
Circle of Support - Perinatal Peer Support Group - group for new moms experiencing symptoms of:
- feeling worthless or guilty
- feeling sad or helpless
- poor concentration
- difficulty sleeping
- extreme fatigue or exhaustion
- feeling angry or irritable
- Free child care provided
Let's Get Together - Family Support Group - for families raising a child with special needs
