Seniors apartment building comprising of 195 suites,189 one-bedroom units and 6 two-bedroom units. Each suite is equipped with a full-service kitchen, full bathroom, separate bedroom, living/dining area, and a large walk-in storage closet
Services include:- hairdresser
- weekly activities and monthly entertainments
- community bus
Applicants must be able to live independently. As residents age-in-place, they may be eligible to apply for personal support services depending on availability.

Applications for “regular market residency" must be obtained through the Richview Residence office. It is requested that applications be completed, in their entirety. Applications should then be submitted to the Richview Residence office by mail or in-person
